• Annual resoration events in which hundreds of volunteers plant thousands of native trees and shrubs in the Burnt Bridge Creek stream corridor
• Our cleanup event, part of SOLV’s regional Beach and Riverside Cleanup, gets tons of trash removed from Vancouver’s urban streams, lakes and rivers
• Dozens of outreach and education events where VWA talks to thousands of people about our work, mission and further opportunities in Vancouver
• Thousands of dollars in grants are awarded to Vancouver’s neighborhood associations to improve sustainability efforts
